Full photo package including digital copy is only $235 or you can break the package down and purchase portraits individually. (break down price list will be given to you on the portrait session day)

All images printed in the package are lightly photo- shopped and this is included in the price. Basic Photo shopping includes removal of bruises, cuts and/or blemishes. Please let the photographer know if there is something specific that you would like photo shopped. Charges may apply for any additional requested photo shopping.
Check with the school/organisation which background has been chosen for the day. Choose your family’s clothes in advance to ensure all colours work together. Laying them out together can help. It‘s best to avoid black clothes on a black background, however, white on white is fine. Also try to avoid different shades of the same colour. E.g. The entire family in different shades of green or blue. Classic clothing items are best as latest fashion items can age photos once trends fade.
Your portrait session will only take 15 mins, but it’s important that children arrive fresh and alert and preferably awake for at least 30 mins prior to having their portraits taken. Limiting sugar prior can also help with a smooth easy portrait session.
To allow appointments to run smoothly, we ask that you arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment.

No Personal Cameras/Phones:
Our photographers are industry professionals so please respect them by not bringing cameras/phones into the studio area. Our images, posing, backdrops, lighting and studio set up are protected by copyright so no personal photography is permitted.
Persons caught breaking this rule may be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.
Sitting Limit per person:
We are happy to combine families in the additional portrait packages, however 100% of the funds collected for the Framed Fundraiser are donated to your school/organization. Therefore we must limit to one per person/family.
The same person cannot appear in more than one Framed Family Portrait Fundraising offer.
Portraits Viewing/Collection:
We will return in 14 days with your portraits.
For Copyright and Privacy reasons an adult that is photographed in the Special Framed Portrait Fundraiser must return to view the portrait package to collect their framed Portrait Fundraiser or $15 postage will be charged.
The 10 x 13 framed portrait cannot be left at the center, nor can it be left with a child, relative or friend. Please talk to the photographer on the day if there is no possible way of making the viewing to organize an alternative viewing process.
